First time home buyer and broke a window. Came across Andy, Old Reliable Construction, & provided one of many great assets. Our room feels fresher, gorgeous, & perfect in shade. My husband and I hired Andy to water seal the back wall to our block fence.  From the start, he took time to listen to us explain our needs and he then gave us a very reasonable quote on what was needed.  He and his apprentice were very professional throughout the project and kept us posted with every detail.  They took great care as they painted the fence to assure full coverage while making sure no paint went into our neighbor's yard.
We are extremely happy with the results.  It looks great and the life of our fence has been prolonged.  Plus, Andy and his apprentice meticulously cleaned up afterwards. Andy did an incredible job on my impossible situation. I had siding that was crumbling and upon removal of the siding, the years worth of termite damage was revealed. He was there every day, hands-on involvement with the work, and very professional...this guy knows what he's doing and all the nuances involved with a tricky job.
Oh, and did I mention his work on my water worn foundation? I'm so tremendously satisfied with his quality of work and his pricing was very reasonable! I'm on a very limited budget and Andy was transparent with every aspect of the costs~he really went above and beyond.
He was always on time every morning and he answered every question and every text we sent.  He always made us feel like we had his undivided attention and that no question was unreasonable.
I look forward to using Old Reliable again for my other projects.
